New e-commerce site for Grapevine Guernsey
Grapevine Guernsey approached Submarine to look at replacing their existing e-commerce site which had done sterling service for a number of years. It had a complex bespoke integration with their POS system and could be time-consuming and costly to maintain, so simplicity and manageability were key requirements for the new site.
Submarine replaced the old site with an industry leading cloud-based e-commerce platform specifically chosen for its native compatibility with the existing POS system. Working with the team at VWT, and with great support from Richard at CheckoutCI, we implemented a new UI maintaining Grapevine’s branding, integrated with their existing card payment system, and migrated existing customer accounts for a seamless transition.
