Submarine has worked closely with CPRE's Managing Director Robin Archer BSc (Hons) MRICS, to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the Channel Islands for clients seeking to maximise the performance of their real estate assets, projects and portfolios.
CPRE is a Guernsey based professional consultancy primarily concerned with asset, development and project management assignments on behalf of property companies, financial institutions, private family offices or their agents and individual HNW clients. CPRE specialises in the management of re-development or refurbishment projects and the improvement of the performance of property investment portfolios.
CPRE is a fledgling business on Guernsey and Submarine senior creative Paul Brown commenced the development with a short brand including new logo, colours and font recommendation.
The website solution is tablet and smart phone optimised for effective Mobile First delivery and an easy to use, secure content management system (CMS) provides a solid foundation to develop further 'user centric' content in future as the businesses marketing effort develops.
Submarine provided a turnkey website solution for CPRE through their design and build Umbraco template approach with flexibility out of the box (dynamic banners, blog, page creator, form builder) along with advanced SEO tools and social media provision. In addition, this application offers robust code security and it can be configured for GDPR (with email push confirm) and data collection with the inclusion of SSL, double CMS login and IP restriction for additional protection as required.
