Troupa

Troupa is an innovative and powerful tool for managing individual projects and wider programmes of work. The application is accessible through a consistent and intuitive interface which provides simple navigation around projects. Troupa's logical approach supports project and programme managers in effectively tracking the status of their projects.  Troupa is flexible, designed for both experienced project managers who may be running a portfolio of projects, and those who are asked to run one or two projects as part of their day job.  Implementation of Troupa comes with full support for training, system configuration and bespoke development.

Developer
Submarine is the technical development partner for the Troupa database application in an on-going support relationship with Tiara Software Consultants in Guernsey. Submarine also designed and built the Troupa website in order to promote product knowledge and expose the brand to a wider audience.

The rich functionality of Troupa continues to grow, with the following modules already in place:

  Manage risk and issues at a headline level or track the details of one or many mitigating actions.

  Monitor budgets and spend in multiple currencies and over multiple years, reconciling FX estimates against your general ledger.
• Schedule
  Illustrate your project schedule in a simple gantt form and as a summary timeline. Choose your own colour scheme.
• Resource Management
  Define your resource needs at the project level. Review the demand across the programme. Set personal and departmental warning thresholds.
• Meetings
  Capture key decisions and actions. Easily identify actions brought forward from the previous meeting.
• Actions
  Record general project actions and track them alongside actions from risks, issues and meetings.
• Change Requests
  Quickly enter the details of each CR. Record the approval workflow and record evidence of approval.
• Status Reporting
  Generate a comprehensive project status report in minutes. Instantly produce programme level highlights. Present professional, company branded reports to your stakeholders.
